He's probably going to be in a flashback or hallucination, the same way Harry Osborn had hallucinations of his father at the end of Spider-Man 2 and in Spider-Man 3.

Fun Facts 
Stan Lee

Stan Lee worked for DC at one point in his life. He was an illustrator. Spider-Man is one of the characters DC turned down, and Lee included him in Marvel Comics, which he created.

Stan Lee  dreamt up the idea for Spider-Man. 

Movie

In the upcoming Amazing Spider-Man 2 movie, Gwen, and Peter graduate high school.

Emma Stone's character will have stunts and fights in this movie. 

Rhino's character will be rather minor in the new film. He will however be responsible for a bank robbery. This may or may not involve Rhino, but there will also be a huge car chase. 

 About 56 suits were made for the first Amazing Spiderman movie 

It took Andrew Garfield 20 minutes to put the suit on for filming.

                                       Peter's middle name is Benjamin 
                                       His weight is 167 pounds 
                                       His height is 5'10" 
                                       His first appearance was in Amazing Fantasy #15 (1962) 

How does this guy go from Max Dillon, to Electro? I'm not sure, the only way to find out is to watch. The movie may not tell his story the same way the comics did.
   What I can tell you, just from the picture, is that he is an Oscorp employee, so maybe that relates to his powers. He looks like a doof, so maybe he was pushed around by someone, and after he gets his powers he decides to return the favor.

Special effects really weren't that good back in the 70's
Look at the Spider-Man evolution. "Amazing" wouldn't you say. You get it, cause amazing, like the Amazing Spider-Man. What am I saying, of course, you get it.

Hello, I'm making this blog for one reason and one reason only.
'Cause I love Spider-Man! 
I will provide updates about the 2014 Amazing Spider-Man movie. Info such as:

Anyone who wants to can post comments about their predictions for how good the movie will be or anything that they have learned about the movie, or things they want to know. 

I'll also compare Spider-Man to a different superhero every week (both Marvel and DC) and argue both opinions as to who would win.
